BytesInc provides bespoke digital solutions including Web Development, AI Agent training, and TeleMarketing outreach. Each deployment is subject to a specific "Mission Statement" or Statement of Work (SOW) which will outline unique delivery timelines and technical requirements.
Unless otherwise specified in a custom build contract, all proprietary codebases, logic structures, and UI blueprints developed by BytesInc remain the intellectual property of BytesInc until final project compensation is cleared. Post-transfer, the client holds the operational license for the specific deployment.
Users are prohibited from attempting to bypass system encryption, reverse-engineer proprietary AI models, or utilize our outreach nodes for unauthorized "spam" transmissions. Any breach of conduct will result in an immediate and permanent node ban.
BytesInc is an engine of innovation. While we strive for 100% system uptime and accuracy, we are not liable for external network outages, third-party API failures (e.g., AWS, OpenAI, or Google), or shifts in social media algorithms that may affect campaign performance.
